Eva Fernandez is a trusted real estate broker with over 25 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors and developers navigate opportunities across Florida, Puerto Rico and international markets. She currently serves as the Broker for Atelier Residences Miami, guiding investors and residents through Miami's most anticipated boutique condo-hotel launch.

Her background spans residential sales, luxury properties, new developments, investment properties, foreclosures, BPOs, property management and international buyers — a full-spectrum practice built on strategy and personal service.

Eva began her career in Tampa, where she founded and operated Dream Home Realty from 1992 to 2002. She later expanded into Puerto Rico, managing large residential portfolios alongside developers and private clients. Today she continues her work through Dream Homes Realty, representing buyers, sellers and investors throughout South Florida and Puerto Rico.
